By using this website and booking services with Stretch Space, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of Services
Stretch Space provides assisted stretching sessions focused on wellness, mobility, and recovery. Our services are non-medical and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to their session so we can provide the safest experience possible.
Assumption of Risk
Assisted stretching involves physical movement and participation is voluntary. While we always prioritize safety and care, all sessions are performed at your own discretion.
Liability
Stretch Space is not responsible for any injuries, discomfort, or outcomes that may occur during or after a session, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
Bookings & Payments
All appointments are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Payments made for sessions, packages, or same-day bookings are final and non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
Sessions will end at the scheduled time if a client arrives late, in order to respect the next appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
Stretch Space reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
